Vaco Staffing is looking for a Project Manager for a long term contract role with a large healthcare company.
 

Role Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project activities related to revenue cycle management. This role requires proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet, as well as exceptional client communication skills. The Project Manager will actively facilitate meetings, manage agendas, document action items, and ensure that new tasks and information are efficiently handled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Facilitation: Actively facilitate project meetings, ensuring that all relevant topics are addressed in a timely and organized manner.
  • Agenda Management: Set and distribute meeting agendas promptly by gathering input from both teams and stakeholders.
  • Action Item Documentation: Document and distribute action items within 24 hours of meetings, including clear assignments and due dates. Follow up regularly on open items to ensure progress and preparation for upcoming meetings.
  • Task and Information Management: Incorporate and assign new tasks and information as introduced by the company, ensuring smooth integration into project workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in facilitating meetings and managing project documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
