Experience with public entity law is a plus.What You’ll DoIndependently manage a full caseload of civil defense matters from start to finishHandle all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prepDraft client and carrier reports, analyze claims, and identify defense strategyParticipate in settlement conferences, court appearances, and mediationsCollaborate with firm leadership and mentor junior attorneys as neededWhat You BringCalifornia Bar license in good standingStrong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsExperience in litigation strategy, client communication, and courtroom appearancesAbility to handle multiple priorities and work autonomouslyBonus points for experience with public entities or municipalitiesInterested in hearing more?
