In this critical role, you'll play a key role in the smooth operation of our warehouse by overseeing inventory, managing shipments, and ensuring accuracy at every step.

The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM and pay rate starts at $17.50

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Receive, clean, stock, store, issue, package, and ship materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Inventory Accuracy Champion: Enter data into our business system to process orders and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Receiving Master: Utilize forklifts and cranes to receive incoming materials from trucks, verify quantities and condition, and move them to designated areas.
  • Cleaning Pro: Clean received repair materials following established procedures and environmental regulations.
  • Order Fulfillment Expert: Utilize barcode readers, manual lists, and pick part templates to retrieve and deliver materials for production processes.
  • Shipping Specialist: Package materials for safe and compliant shipping, load them onto trucks using forklifts or cranes, and confirm pick lists with shipped items.
  • Inventory Champion: Assist with inventory counts and reconcile cycle counts for optimal accuracy.

Skills & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, with 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience)
  • Completion of applicable safety/operations training for operating machinery and equipment (forklift, crane, etc.)
  • Proficient in basic arithmetic and metric/standard measurements
  • Possess basic computer skills
