Shift: Days, 6a-6:30p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • IN/Compact license
  • 1.5 years experience
  • Skills Required: MedSurg/Tele; Interpretation of dysrhythmias, peripheral line care/management, phlebotomy, starting IVs; insulin, nasal cannula; isolation precautions
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NIH
  • Charge Experience preferred
  • Skills Preferred: Management of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols, colostomy care, blood product administration, PICC line management, CVA, traumatic brain injury, surgical drains, CPAP/BiPAP

  • Documentation: Cerner Required

  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

Unit Information:Patient Diagnoses: -One specific problem that requires acute management: Alert and oriented , ambulatory, stable vitals, goal discharge of 24-78hrs, Post operative patients, Chest pain, Abdominal pain, Allergic RX, Asthma, Cellulitis, COPD-exacerbation, CHF, Headache, Minor TBI, Dehydration/vomiting or diarrhea; Pneumonia
