Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full-time basis. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to address communication and swallowing challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to meet client needs and goals.
  • Document assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in the field of speech-language pathology and incorporate best practices into clinical practice.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
