Job Overview:

Soliant is looking for a motivated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school setting. This position involves evaluating and treating students with speech, language, and communication challenges. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are highly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational plans.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in FL.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a school environment.
