About The Position
ID: 49758259 Shift: Days 3x12.0 Description: Short Therapist***WE CANNOT ACCOMODATE BLOCK SCHEDULING & WE WILL NOT ACCEPT TRAVELERS WHO ARE LOOKING TO WORK TWO ASSIGNMENTS AT THE SAME TIME***Complete : A.A.S. in Respiratory Therapy, NYS license/registration as a Respiratory Therapist, and 2 years postA.A.S. degree clinical acute care experience required. Must possess excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills. Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.Duties: Will administer positive pressure and aerosol therapy to patients; institute and monitor oxygen therapyon patients; assist physicians in instituting and maintaining continuous ventilation; administer cardiopulmonaryresuscitation; perform pulmonary function tests; perform radial arterial punctures.
