No local travel (< or equal to 75 miles) Please submit Norton Work History form at time of candidate submission. 7p-7a, Every other weekend Clinician will be expected to float to all Norton Healthcare facilities within scope of practice. BLS, ACLS, and NIH required. Neurosurgical ICU Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: stroke- hemorrhagic and ischemic with interventions- TPA, mechanical thrombectomy; Crani's, neuro patients with EVD drains, DKA, respiratory failure and COVID-19, CRRT, seizure monitoring (EMU) and sEEG Common Equipment: ventilators, Nihon Kohden monitors, computers, Kangaroo tube feeding pump, Plum IV pumps Titrate Vasoactive Drips? Yes If Yes, which drips: Levophed, Epi, Neosynephrine, dopamine, dobutamine, milrone Epic documentation system Galaxy blue scrubs Required: BLS/CPR ACLS NIH Stroke Certification Telemetry interpretation Ventilators High Frequency Vents/Oscillators Nitric Oxide Dialysis (obtain details - peritoneal/CRRT/CVVHD ICP Monitoring IV Insertions PICC Lines Computerized charting General system orientation, Epic class, and shift on floor. Will receive hospital specific orientation with Manager and Educator prior to starting on floor.
