Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year 2023-2024 in Santa Cruz, CA. This is a full-time position offering the option of on-site work or vocational coverage (remote). The workload will be 37.5 hours per week, providing an enriching opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based intervention for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a collaborative approach to intervention.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and other required paperwork.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Hold a valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California.
  • Previous experience working with school-aged students is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
