Key Responsibilities:

· Drive Business Expansion Use a proactive sales approach to identify, connect with, and secure new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and outreach.

Key activities include:

o Building and nurturing relationships with referral sources and decision-makers.

o Scheduling client assessments and securing new services.

o Consistently prospecting and identifying new referral sources.

Qualifications & Skills:

We're seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented sales professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment. The ideal candidate will have:

· 4+ years of successful experience in account management or a sales-related role (experience in home care or healthcare is a plus).

· A proven ability to engage in consultative selling, build rapport, and close deals while overcoming objections.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present to and engage key decision-makers.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to adapt to new technologies and CRM systems.

· A positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic and an ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.

Preferred qualifications include:

· Experience in senior care or healthcare services.

· Bilingual skills (English and Spanish).

· A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
