This position supports student learning through lecture, laboratory, and clinical instruction while promoting the mission and values of Oregon Institute of Technology. The Visiting Instructor collaborates with program faculty to ensure curriculum consistency, fosters professional development, and contributes to student success through active engagement and assessment. Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Care or a related health science field. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Oregon. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical respiratory care experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Respiratory Care, Education, or a related field. Prior teaching experience in an academic or clinical setting. Experience with simulation-based instruction and/or online teaching platforms. Active involvement in professional organizations such as AARC or NBRC.
