About PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center:
Located in the heart of Bellingham, PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center with a fully staffed team of ABEM-certified physicians.
The 46-bed emergency department has an annual patient volume of 64,000 and features a patient flow of 2.3 patients per hour and an admission rate of 22%.
We utilize EPIC EMR for seamless integration and data management, and offer supportive resources like scribes to streamline documentation and ensure efficiency.
Your Role:
- You will split your time between clinical duties and administrative responsibilities, offering the best of both worlds.
- You will work closely with the medical director to develop and implement strategies that ensure the highest standards of emergency care.
- You will mentor and support a team of emergency medicine professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- You will enhance your leadership expertise through TeamHealth's robust education and training programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
We value your hard work and dedication, offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
Our RVU-based pay structure offers an average hourly rate of $275-$300/hour.
You can choose between employee or independent contractor status, depending on your needs and preferences.
