Customer Service Representative Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, start and end times may shift an hour
- Pay Rate: $20-24/hr
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- Order management will include a group of customers within one or multiple markets, segmented by market, geographic region, sales rep or assignment based on management direction.
- Responsible for approximately 2,000+ orders per year, receiving and acknowledging all orders within 24-hours of receipt.
- Consistently execute responsibilities including order entry, order acknowledgement, labels, shipping details, updating customer on order status, sample entry, pick tickets, retrieving orders from production area when required for editing and vacation coverage of team members as designated by Manager.
- Easily maintains customer master (account) information
- Monitors orders for on-time delivery or renegotiates delivery dates with guidance from production and/or shipping departments.
- Resolve crisis situations during hours of operation while not jeopardizing the customer relationships.
- Ability to enter and close complaints in each company’s specific complaint system.
Customer Service Representative Qualification
- High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
- 1-3 years of e of relevant customer service experience. Service in other company functions considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Strong problem solving, communication and organization skills.
- Customer Order processing in an enterprise system (i.e. P21)
