Job Description:

As a School Occupational Therapist (OT), you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall well-being and academic success of our students. Your expertise in occupational therapy will empower students to overcome challenges and develop the skills necessary for independent and successful participation in the school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' unique needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to address students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapy goals into the classroom setting.
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff in implementing therapeutic strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and generate progress reports for parents and the educational team.

Requirements:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
