Job Summary/Basic Function: Exp with procurement of various goods and services for the company ( prefer Service Level Agreements). Support Requests for Proposals (RFP) and manages the bid solicitation process. Knowledge of Peoplesoft and Ariba a plus. Ensure compliance with all bid rules and regulations. Supplier identification and qualification; procurement sourcing; negotiation, contract development and administration for materials and services. Creating and verifying purchase requisition. Innovative in sourcing and procuring services. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Pay attention to details and Deliver results with little supervision Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects. Additional responsibilities for this position include sourcing, coordinating related purchase orders with the procurement operations team, following the appropriate Procurement processes and Enterprise policies related to sourcing of contracts. Education- Bachelor's degree preferred
