Type: Full-time, Contracting through Soliant Education

Description:

Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking to impact students' lives through communication? Soliant Education seeks an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a School-Based SLP in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you'll assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, collaborating with educators and families to support student achievement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP teams.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school professionals to promote effective communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
