Envision Physician Services is searching for a Site Medical Director Radiologist (Diagnostic or Interventional) to lead the team at AdventHealth in beautiful Tampa, FL.

We are looking for a Full-time Site Medical Director and Radiologist to join our group that serves Tampa FL in the AdventHealth system. Envision Physician Services’ radiology team is one of the largest hospital-based radiology groups in the nation, performing more than 9 million final reads annually. Opportunity Details:

  • Day time hours with some flexibility, if needed
  • Equitable call rotation
  • Interest in working with a collaborative and collegial team of Radiologists

Position Requirements:

  • ABR/AOBR certified
  • Radiologist, MD or DO medical license
  • Three (3) or more years in clinical practice
  • Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology Ideally, 2 or more years management or leadership experience, which may include time as a medical director or officer, as an associate/assistant medical director, or equivalent experience.

Located in the city's uptown district, AdventHealth Tampa is a not-for-profit 626-bed tertiary hospital specializing in cardiovascular medicine, digestive health, neuroscience, orthopedics, women’s services, pediatrics, oncology, endocrinology, bariatrics, wound healing, sleep medicine and general surgery including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures. The 314,000 square foot Taneja Center for Surgery at AdventHealth Tampa opened in 2021 with the future in mind, including 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms and 96 private patient rooms that will ensure life-saving medical and surgical care for generations to come.

Also located at AdventHealth Tampa is the renowned AdventHealth Pepin Heart Institute, a recognized leader in cardiovascular disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment and leading-edge research.
