Position Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school district in Muncie, IN, for the remainder of the school year. We are offering both full-time and part-time positions, allowing you to choose the schedule that works best for you. As an OT in the school setting, youll play an essential role in helping students develop the fine motor, sensory, and functional skills they need to succeed academically and socially. New graduates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students as part of their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and create customized therapy plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
  • Implement therapy sessions individually or in small groups to support students' functional independence.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student development.
  • Document and track progress, adjusting therapy interventions as needed to meet student goals.
  • Adhere to all school district policies and state regulations, maintaining professional standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Indiana state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligibility for licensure.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A passion for supporting students success and development in a school setting.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time or Part-Time hours available, flexible for the remainder of the school year.
