About The Position
ID: 49277785 Shift: 8H Day Description: 8, 10 or 12 Hour Shifts = 72 hours biweekly, Does Not Include On-Call. vaccine required + booster - Medical exemption acceptable Flu vaccine required - medical exemptions are acceptable 8H days, 40 hours/week, 5 days a week 8-4:30 and every 3rd weekendRequiredMaster of Social Work degree from an accredited school of social workState of Massachusetts licensure as an LCSW or LICSWPreferredTwo years of healthcare social work/case management experienceCCM or ACM (Commission for Case Management or American Case Management Association)NASW membershipNO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or per diem within the last year will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for one year to be considered.
