Soliant Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Palos Heights, Illinois. This is a full-time position to provide vital support to students for the remainder of the school year.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and progress.
• Implement interventions to improve students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to students.
