Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our team as a contracted, hourly W2 employee for the upcoming school year. As an Elementary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds, nurturing their academic and social-emotional growth, and creating a positive learning environment in our school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies, tailored to meet the diverse needs of elementary students.
  • Establish a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and encouraged to learn.
  • Utilize effective instructional strategies and resources to promote active learning and student engagement.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary units and projects that enhance students' understanding of key concepts.
  • Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success and maintain a collaborative learning community.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in elementary education.

Contracting Details: This is a full-time contracted position for the upcoming school year. Teachers will be employed on a W2 basis and will receive hourly pay. Hourly rates will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
