The role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at The Fife Arms Hotel, Braemar as Night Cleaner.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a similar level experience and a passion for excellent hospitality and a desire to develop your skills.

As Night Cleaner you will be responsible for:

• Providing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that all communal areas are maintained clean and pristine, and are well presented.
• Ensuring the safety and security of guests and the hotel during the night by conducting regular walk abouts throughout the hotel, checking that doors are locked, fire doors are closed and that there are no health & safety hazards.
• Ensuring that routine cleaning tasks in the kitchen, including the cleaning of the canopies and ceiling are completed as per a schedule.
• Ensuring that back of house areas, including the locker rooms and Team Caf are deep cleaned.
• Be personally responsible for the application of the Hotel's Health and Safety Policy.

Our successful Night Cleaner will have:

• Proven experience from within a similar hospitality environment.
• The enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• A thorough understanding of Security, Health & Safety and COSHH.
• Initiative and strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• A passion and ambition to deliver exceptional experiences.
• A willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
