About The Position
ID: 49278588 Shift: 8H Day Description: Rehab Physical Therapist needed. Must have 2yrs experience coming from an Inpatient Rehab facility. Skilled Nursing facility experience is not accepted. Highly preferred to have exp with Brain Injury, Spinal Injury and/ or Stroke exp. Must have MD license in packet at time of submission. COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped. Flu Season ends 3/31, Flu vaccine is no longer required for start dates after 4/1.? Manager will interview and offer Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks:84
