Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success and integration in the classroom.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input on student needs and progress.
- Educate and train school staff and parents on strategies to support students occupational therapy needs.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California.
- Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy practices and principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
