Occupational Therapist - K-12 Sonoma, CA

Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success and integration in the classroom.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input on student needs and progress.
  • Educate and train school staff and parents on strategies to support students occupational therapy needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
