Greets and logs in all visitors and vendors at entrance gateNotifies appropriate personnel or department of arrivalDirects visitors and vendors to destinationEnforces company policies and procedures    Performs frequent patrols of the propertyWalks or drives vehicle on irregularly scheduled rounds of propertyObserves conditions of equipment, grounds and facilitiesReports damages or areas in need of repair to security supervisor or safety person on callConducts surveillance of locations or areas in which vandalism or criminal activities have been notedAssists with and trained for emergency situationsCollaborates with police officers in the prevention of crimeWorks with fire response units for fire suppression, and with medical emergency response units in the event of emergency situations, at the assigned locationProvides basic life support, and if qualified, advanced life support and/or paramedic services to patients including CPR and monitoring of vital signs, when neededCommunicates with hospitals to provide emergency careControls transfer of patients to medical facilitiesWrites incident reports for calls attended and maintains appropriate logsMay provide instruction to general public on First Aid or CPRPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsCurrent certification as an EMT is requiredSkilled in responding appropriately to emergency and conflict situationsKnowledge of site rules, regulations, policies and procedures and knowledgeable of the site topography and locations of emergency equipment and access pointsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingProficiency in the operation of a personal computer to include Microsoft applications Staff Experts, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
