Job Description:

Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in the Barrington, IL area. This full-time, on-site position is for the 2024-2025 school year, with interviews starting immediately for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student learning and development.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention strategies.
  • Offer consultation and training to staff and parents regarding students' psychological and educational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative school environment.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
