Responsibilities Work as a float RN across Medical/Surgical Units, Telemetry, and Joint Replacement CenterNight shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AMFloat as needed to various departments including possible support roles in ED, psychiatric, CCU, and Childbirth Center, but will not receive full assignments outside med/surg or tele units13-week contract assignmentUses the Epic EMR systemAdministration requires proof of influenza vaccination with no exemptions permittedScrub requirements not specifiedLocal candidates must have permanent residence at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston due to rate adjustmentParking may be limited and may incur daily costsTeamwork and flexibility are essential due to floating responsibilities across unitsTimekeeping is tracked via UKG/Kronos systemFlu vaccination is required during flu season Requirements Active MA RN license is required; pending or conditional licenses are not acceptedCurrent American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS certifications are requiredMust be able and willing to work in all departments as directed within the float pool Benefits High Pay and BonusesMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options401(k) PlanWeekly Payroll DepositFree Online CEUsGenerous Housing AllowanceTravel and Licensure ReimbursementsNon-taxed Per Diem and SubsidyTraveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-646938.
