Cabinet Assembler Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7am to 5:30pm, Optional Fridays
• Pay Rate: $21 to $23
   

Cabinet Assembler Job Description: 

• Operate a CNC
• Use hand and power tools: Knife, Chisel, Drill, Combination square, etc.
• Assemble cabinetry with common joints: Rabbits, Dados, But & Biscuit joints, Pocket holes, etc.
• Laminate Cabinet surfaces including using a Heat table to bend around radii
• Grain matching Laminate: Drawer fronts, Doors, Bulkheads, etc.
• Free-form cabinet-making from drawings, sketches, or ideas
• Knowledge of Reveals and how to achieve the proper Gaps on Doors & Drawers: full overlay, half overlay, Inset, Side mount, Under mount etc.
• Trimming out cabinetry

Cabinet Assembler Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must be able to safely work with hand tools & Machinery: Table saw, Chop saw, Bandsaw, Drill press, Routers, Edge sander, Biscuit jointer, etc.
• Must have own hand tools: Hammer, Drill, Tape measure, Knife, Squares, Chisels, Nail setter, etc.
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Genuine desire to produce high-quality, high-end products
