We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Hackettstown, NJ. In this school-based role, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to determine students speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students' educational goals.
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • New Jersey state SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a school-based environment is preferred but not required.
