You will be a Military Operations Analyst for Lockheed Martin in Fayetteville, NC. Our team is responsible for providing expert analysis and support to the Military Operations community, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Military Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and managing internal and external all-source Military Operations, including problem-solving and collection requirements. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Identify and manage internal and external all-source Military Operations
• Perform a variety of activities, including:
• Interfacing with other offices and agencies
• Identifying requirements and tasking them to the appropriate collection elements
• Verifying that responses meet requirements
• Compiling the daily activities report and distributing
• Coordinating with specified LNOs to verify reporting data is accurate and complete
• Ensure operational leads are prepared and ready to implement their supported missions
• Coordinate travel and submit expense reports

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have extensive knowledge of MS Office
•Comprehensive knowledge of military organizational structures, and the functional interrelationships
•Must be a self-starter and work independently with no or minimum guidance and be willing to listen and work with others
•Have working knowledge of Learning Management System
•Be familiar with Token Management Systems (TMS)
• Above average verbal and oral communication skills

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
