As a Defense Mission Expert, you’ll bring your leadership, consulting, strategic, tactical, and technical intelligence and operational tradecraft expertise to work alongside thought leaders in Joint warfighting domain technologies, cyber, system integration, science and engineering, analytics, and more on projects for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) innovations that directly drive Department of Defense (DoD) technological research and development. You’ll use your skills and expertise to research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, and inform DoD clients, and customers across areas of C5ISR innovation.
As an expert in ISR and military operational domains, you’ll bring your analytical, communication, creativity, critical thinking, and research expertise as we explore customers’ difficult challenges to investigate and deliver innovative and operationally relevant solutions. You’ll be a trusted advisor and share knowledge and findings, including the development and mentoring of others, on intelligence tradecraft and client operational tradecraft that drive change.

You Have:
20+ years of experience in operational planning, collection, processing, analysis or exploitation, and execution of ISR operations, including interaction with O-6 or GS-15-level Supervisors, Directors, or Commanding Officers
Experience with organization, planning, or mission employment of Joint Military employment across various warfighting domains, such as intel, air, space, and cyber
Experience with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, ISR, and Targeting (C5ISR-T) tradecraft, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures
Experience with the Army Foundry Platform
Experience developing intelligence and warfighter courses
Experience with Satellite Communication Systems
Ability to provide warfighting operational perspectives in support of technology development
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with the DoD acquisition or budget processes
Ability to manage complex projects such as managing scope, schedule, cost, and deliverables
Master's degree
Enterprise Architecture Certification such as ITIL, Cloud Architect, or CISSIP Certification
Certified Scrum Certification
Completion of the Army DISMG Course
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
