About The Position
ID: 49277003 Shift: 8H Evening Description: Description: REQUIRED Microbiology Medical Technologist, will not accept Medical Lab Techs- Locals are accepted (75 miles or less) at lower BR, All time off required at time of submission. - IVS with Auto Offer (3 days RTO pre-approved). Shift: 40 / 8H Evenings- 2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm M-F including weekends- rotating holidays and weekends as needed. Mandatory Overtime: During Personnel s assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit. Float: Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnel s originally assigned facility) within the Personnel s clinical competence.Required Upon Submission: Minimum 2 years of recent microbiology experience. Strong microbiology/serology skills including plating samples, manual serology testing, and reading Gram stains required. Ability to run Hologic Panther and EPIC Beaker experience preferred. MT (ASCP) required Required Upon Offer: Covid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed. Flu Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed.
