Potential opportunities for teaching graduate level courses exist on the San Marcos campus and online.All positions are subject to availability of funds.Required Qualifications:A master’s degree in criminal justice or related field, or a J.D., is generally the minimal requirement for teaching in our program. A Ph.D. or J.D. is typically required to teach in the graduate program, although a person with a master’s degree and considerable relevant work experience could potentially teach in the master’s program.Preferred Qualifications:Previous teaching experience is preferred.Application Procedures:The School ofCriminal Justice and Criminology will accept applications from qualified applicants on a continual basis.
