Read on RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECRUITER: The Recruiter will conduct 3-hour call blocks each day to phone screen candidates and schedule onsite interviews The Recruiter will coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process Handle 10-15 candidate interviews per day to support high-volume hiring needs The Recruiter will assist with recruitment administration, as needed EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE RECRUITER: Prior recruiting experience is required High-volume or clinical (non-provider level) recruiting experience preferred Familiarity with JobVita is a plus, not a must Ability to work 100% remotely after initial onsite training/meetings Salary is $40-$43k, DOE
