**Job Description:**

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Santa Barbara, CA. This on-site position involves working with students in a school setting to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. We are looking for a professional who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and helping them achieve their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and document all therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' progress and goals.
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology.

**Qualifications:**

- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid California state SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
