Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be instrumental in supporting students' communication and language development. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students succeed and possesses strong clinical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance the overall communication skills of students.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of assessments and therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure in Massachusetts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Full-time availability.
