Position Summary: The HRISSpecialist is a highly collaborative role where you will work withHR and all other business units to meet their information needs andbe responsible for the administration and reporting of all HRsystems. This includes supporting Core HR, Time and Attendance,Payroll, Performance Management, Recruiting, Learning Management,and all other HR-related systems.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities: 

  • Serve as system administrator and subjectmatter expert for HR softwaresolutions.
  • Collaborate with functionalusers to determine business requirements to execute system changes(updates, integrations, new configurations) to improve systemefficiency, functionality, andstability.
  • Research and correctsystem/user errors as identified through reports or end-userfeedback.
  • Prepare end-user documentationor training materials to promote increasing use of employee andmanager self-service.
  • Conduct weeklysystem trainings for new employees andmanagers.
  • Understand business/functional/userrequirements necessary for ad-hoc and standardreporting.
  • Develop best solution for need,ensuring security and governance procedures arefollowed.
  • Work with business units oncross-functional integrations (API configurations,etc.).
  • Act as a liaison between keyfunctional and business specialists to work with and educate userson applications and technology in support of business processes andenhancements.
  • Create and maintainorganizational-level security roles to ensure effective, butcontrolled access to HRIS system functionality for allusers.
  • Maintain system workflows forindividual business processes.
  • Responsible forentry of employee data into HRIS system as needed (i.e.,creating job codes, locations, business rules,etc.). 
  • Conduct audits routinely to verifythe integrity of HR data across allsystems.
  • Maintain data integrity andcompliance by running reports, auditing, analyzing information andtroubleshooting errors.
  • Performs other dutiesas assigned by supervisor.

Experience and MinimumQualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalentcombination of education, training, andexperience.
  • Required 2+ years of HR systemexperience as an administrator of theplatform.
  • Experience using BusinessIntelligence tools such as Power BI, Cognos,etc.
  • Ability to handle confidential andsensitive employee and company data in a professionalmanner. 
  • Ability to juggle various workactivities and shift their attention from one task to another tomeet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping theball.”
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up yoursleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
  • Holdoneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven inaccomplishing goals.
  • Detail-oriented and canfocus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effectivepathway to completion.
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills at all levels to communicate withinternal and external stakeholders articulately.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinizeand evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work,solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
  • Ability to provide timely and empatheticservice through all communication channels keeping peer andcustomer needs first.
  • Proficiency usingMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project,and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized towork in country of employment without sponsorship for employmentvisa status (e.g., H1B status). 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities orCertifications:

  • Experience using UKG human resources softwareor similar HRIS required
  • Experience in projectmanagement methodology.
  • HRIPCertification. 

TravelRequirements:

  • Occasional overnight travelrequired. 

Overtime/Additional HoursRequirements:

  • Additional hours may be required (exemptpositions). 

PhysicalRequirements:

  • Normaloffice environment.
  • Performs indoor work in aclimate-controlled environment.
  • Sedentary work.Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligibleamount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pullor otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary workinvolves sitting most of the time.
