About The Position
Join our Iowa ENT practice with excellent support staff, including dedicated MAs. Enjoy a 4.5-day workweek, autonomy in scheduling, and potential partnership within 1-2 years.
Practice Details:
- Practice includes 4 PAs handling geriatric patients and office procedures
- 3 audiology booths and 2 audiologists on staff
- 8 exam rooms and private offices for providers
- Dedicated MA for each physician
Schedule:
- 4.5 day workweek (Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM)
- Autonomy in scheduling is provided
- 1.5-2 days of OR block time
Compensation and Benefits:
- Opportunity for partnership within 1-2 years
- Salary includes collections model with over $1 million in professional fee revenue per year
