Soliant has been engaged by a large retail pharmacy to fill a travel pharmacist position in Harrisburg, PA. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated pharmacist to join our team on a 13+ week contract. The start date for this position is ASAP.

Job Description:

As a Travel Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and services to patients
  • Accurately dispensing prescription medications
  • Counseling patients on proper medication usage and potential side effects
  • Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
  • Supervising pharmacy technicians and other staff
  • Managing pharmacy inventory and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • Valid pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail pharmacy experience
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and drug interactions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently
  • Willingness to travel and work in different locations as needed
