Position: Science Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging science lessons to middle school students.
• Teach various science disciplines, such as biology, chemistry, and physics.
• Create and administer assessments to evaluate students' understanding of scientific concepts.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance science curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science Education or related field.
• Valid Connecticut state teaching certification in Science.
• Experience teaching science at the middle school level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scientific concepts and ability to convey them effectively to students.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
