Join a strong Family Medicine group as a full-time Internal or Family Medicine Physician at Providence Hawks Prairie Family Medicine Clinic in the beautiful community of Lacey, Washington. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and mission-driven group of professionals while enjoying a highly balanced schedule.

  • Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4/10 hour shifts and up to 1 day of Telehealth possible
  • Experienced candidates only
  • Outpatient care only
  • DAX Copilot AI scribe documentation service available for all clinicians at no charge
  • Centralized Triage and In-basket Support
  • Team based care with RN co-visits and Integrated Clinical Services (PharmD, BHI, RD)
  • Patient-Centered medical home
  • Compensation is between $238,830 and $330,915 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Providence Hawks Prairie Family Medicine Clinic offers full-spectrum Primary Care services to patients of all ages. clinic medical staff care for all ages. While the clinic offers a robust range of services across, Pediatrics, Physical Therapy, Diagnostic imaging, Primary Care, and more, the clinic is specially trained to handle womens health before, during and after pregnancy as well as in preventative care for newborns and children.
