As a 5th Grade Teacher, you will develop and implement lesson plans, foster student growth, and collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure a successful educational experience for your students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate instructional activities in all core subject areas.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
- Develop individualized learning plans and accommodations as needed to support diverse student needs.
- Collaborate with other educators and school staff to enhance the educational experience and address any student challenges.

Qualifications:
