**Job Description:**

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in the beautiful Lake Oswego, OR area for the 2024-2025 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives by helping them develop the skills necessary for success in their academic and personal lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and eligibility for occupational therapy services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' physical, sensory, and cognitive needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student goals and progress.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in group settings.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
- Educate school staff and parents on strategies to support students' occupational therapy needs.

**Qualifications:**

- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Oregon.
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
- Knowledge of relevant therapy techniques and interventions.
