We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive community.Position Title:Adjunct Faculty, BiologyPosition Number:999927School/Division:Hofstra College of Liberal Arts and Sciences-Natural ScienceDepartment:BiologyFull-Time or Part-Time:Part-TimeDescription:Hofstra University’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences is pleased to invite applications for an adjunct faculty position (adjunct instructor or adjunct assistant/associate/full professor) in the Department of Biology to teach introductory biology lab courses and potentially upper-level lecture courses in ecology and evolution, genetics, cell biology, microbiology, physiology, and neurobiology.The faculty member is encouraged to be available for at least one to two hours of office hours per week and attend weekly lab instructors’ meetings.
