Soliant is in search of a highly motivated and seasoned Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in proximity to Walkertown, NC. This role is based in a school setting, and the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with students to enhance their speech and language skills. The position spans the entire upcoming school year.

Position Details:

  • Full-time
  • Entire upcoming school year
  • Multiple openings with varying caseloads

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to pinpoint students' strengths and areas for improvement in speech and language
  • Develop and execute treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and objectives
  • Preference for school-based or pediatric experience, though not mandatory
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance articulation, language comprehension, and communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care for each student
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on the latest therapy techniques and best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active State Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is desirable
  • Experience with various treatment approaches and modalities, including AAC, PROMPT, and social communication interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, teachers, and parents
  • Ability to uphold accurate and organized records, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
