St. Augustine, FL - Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) 2024/2025 Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team remotely. This position requires candidates to be licensed in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and a strong background in conducting assessments, collecting data, and reporting findings. Experience working with a range of delays, including speech, learning disabilities (LD), emotional disorders (ED), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and non-verbal communication, is highly preferred. Knowledge of behavior goals and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs and goals.
- Provide therapy and interventions to clients with various speech and language delays and disorders.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, parents, and caregivers, to support clients' progress.
- Monitor and track clients' progress through ongoing data collection and reporting.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (recent and upcoming grads okay)
- Experience working with a diverse caseload, including individuals with speech, learning, emotional, and developmental disorders.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, collecting data, and reporting findings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
