The People & Culture Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to team members, performing a full range of P&C functions including but not limited to administration of all company/facility policies, procedures and programs; team member engagement and recognition; facilitating new hire orientation, facility communications and mandatory trainings; and data management in various HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote P&C programs to create a positive and inclusive workplace
• Manage the execution of open enrollment, surveys, and any required trainings
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding experience for new team members
• Audit and reconcile bi-weekly payroll for all team members
• Maintain and update team member data in HRIS information systems
• Assist in event planning and promoting monthly Employee Resource Group engagement activities
• Provide support to team members on various P&C topics, working to resolve any issues that arise
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or another relevant field required.
• 3-5 years related experience
• Strong and effective communication skills required
• Willingness to facilitate trainings, orientations, and other opportunities requiring public speaking
• Must have strong organizational/time management skills
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
