HRIS Analyst$60,000-68,000 | Long term We're seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our Human Resources Information System and related HR processes. This role ensures data integrity, smooth system operations, and efficient HR workflows that enhance organizational performance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and administer the organization's HRIS, including upgrades, configuration, and user access Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy and security requirements Generate and analyze HR data, reports, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making Partner with HR leadership to improve processes, develop policies, and enhance workflows Support HR functions such as compensation, benefits, leaves, onboarding, and training Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and organizational policies Qualifications: 3+ years of broad HRIS administration HR/Tech blended background Strong data management, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite #LI-EM1 #ZRCFS #INNOV2025 #LI-onsite
