- Urgent Coverage:
- October 31
- November 14, 15, 17
- December 27, 28, 29
- 8 am - 8 am
- Ongoing coverage will be needed in 2025
- Number of call backs expect the provider during 1 call shift varies but usually 3-5 in 24 hour period
- High Risk Transferred Out: can vary, depending on patient. The site now has NICU and keeps more high risk in house
- Call Only
- EMR: MediTech
- Admissions Required
- Assigned/Unassigned Patients
- Patients Per Shift: 5
- Beds in Facility: 20
- BLS, PALS Required
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time Required: 20 minutes
- Call Ratio: 1:2
- Trauma Level II, IV
