PreK Teacher

Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Long-Term Substitute Teacher to join our team for the remainder of the school year. This position offers a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners and contribute to their educational journey.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implementing lesson plans and activities provided by the lead teacher or school administration.
• Providing a nurturing and supportive learning environment for preschool-aged children.
• Encouraging social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff members to ensure the overall success of the preschool program.
• Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and any pertinent information.
• Maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
• Understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
